Training Room is the member and staff app for one gym. If something in it is not working, or you cannot get into your account, the fastest answer is usually at the counter — but you can also write to us.

We answer email within a couple of days. The gym is staffed during opening hours and somebody there can fix most things immediately.
Registration requires a code issued by the gym, given out at the counter. Ask any member of staff. There is no way to register without one — every account in this app belongs to somebody who trains here.
After registering, a six-digit code is emailed to the address you entered. Check your spam folder. If it has not arrived, ask at the desk and we will set your password up for you instead.
Ask at the desk. Staff can issue a single-use set-up code that lets you choose a new password. There is no self-service reset by design: we would rather confirm who you are in person than email a link.
Open the app, go to the Me tab, and choose Delete my account at the bottom. You will be asked for your password. The panel lists exactly what is deleted — your bookings, check-ins, logged training and any board results — and what is kept.
The one thing kept is the gym's record that a payment was received, held against your member number rather than your name or contact details, because that is the gym's bookkeeping and closing an account does not un-receive money. Nothing kept identifies you personally.
Bookings can be cancelled up to two hours before the class starts. After that the seat is yours whether or not you use it, so that somebody on the waiting list is not offered a place they cannot get to. Speak to a coach if something has come up.
The app can tell you when a waiting-list seat opens, when a class is called off, and when your membership is running out. All three are optional and are switched on separately in the Me tab. The app works fully with notifications denied.
The app takes no payments and holds no card details. Membership is paid at the gym, in cash or by transfer, and staff record that it arrived. If your membership status looks wrong, ask at the desk — it is a line in the gym's records, not something the app calculates.
